Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address and order details when you buy, sign in or ask for a free download.
• Payment status from Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Your review, the name you choose to show and any photos you add. Your email is never shown. We remove location and device data from photos before storing them, and delete the photos of reviews we don’t publish.
• Cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart, coupon and orders on this device, plus a random visitor ID (one year) and how you first arrived (90 days).
• Visit statistics: that visitor ID, the pages and products viewed, what you searched for here, how you arrived (for example which video), your device type and country. They are kept for 180 days and don’t include your name or email. When you check out, the visitor ID and how you arrived are stored with your order at Stripe, so we can see which video led to a sale.

Why

To deliver your files, send your receipt and download links, understand which pages and products work so we can improve the shop, answer your questions and, only if you ticked the box, send June’s notes and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in those emails or in your account.

Who processes it

• Stripe (payments).
• Cloudflare (hosting, database, file storage and email).
• Google Fonts, which loads the site’s typefaces and sees your IP address.

What we never do

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

Keeping and deleting

We keep order records as long as tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you ask: write to hello@homewithjune.shop. Residents of California and the EU/UK may also ask what we hold about them; we answer within 30 days.
